Youth are welcome

Children and teenagers bring great joy and are loved and accepted as active participants in our congregation. At Chapel Hill we offer various opportunities to nurture their faith, and provide avenues for fellowship and to grow with one another in a safe and loving environment. We have a very active and fun children’s and youth ministry which includes Sunday school, vacation bible school, special events around the holidays, regularly scheduled youth group activities for the older elementary grades and for teenagers, and confirmation class led by our pastor. Our church also supports the camping program at Heartland Center in Parkville, MO.

Chapel Hill fosters the spiritual growth of our children and youth through several enriching programs, including Wee Kirk, Sunday school, youth groups, vacation bible school, and more! If you have questions about Chapel Hill’s youth ministry or would like more specific information, please contact our youth director.

Kingdom Kids - 3rd-5th grade

Kingdom Kids is a lively and growing group of elementary children in grades 3 through 5. Kingdom Kids meet for planned activities on the third Wednesday of each month. Our meetings are structured to engage the faith of our kids, to build fellowship among them and their leaders, and to teach the importance of mission work in the Christian life. Some examples include: serving lunch at the Ronald McDonald House, swimming parties, and the annual Kingdom Kids lock-in at the church. The Kingdom Kids program provides an opportunity for our younger youth to connect before moving up into the youth group.
