Community Awareness Suicide Training

CAST is a community-oriented program designed to increase awareness of the dangers of suicide and discuss the steps that can be taken to reduce risks. We are offering it at no charge to parents, police, nurses, and any concerned citizen who might want to learn how to ask the question of suicide, learn about the prevalence of suicide in the community and get more engaged with how to be part of the solution. This event is free!

Join us for Soul Shop, a one-day training to equip faith community leaders to minister to those impacted by suicidal desperation. This includes the creation of worship resources, training leaders in suicide awareness and basic conversation skills, and the invitation to those who have been suicidal in the past to share their stories

12:00 - 1:30 p.m.  

PLEASE join us in Stone Hall, whether you have been able to attend other Family Forum events or NOT, if you are interested in being supported or supporting other parents, grandparents and caregivers as we navigate this thing called “PARENTING”. We get together monthly during the school year to share parenting lows and highs and learn additional tips for parenting with love and limits.
